Worn for the first time and the grip difference is impressive. The grips felt hard and inflexible on delivery, but once in use they molded to the rig immediately. My hands didn't hurt and the grip enabled me to do more reps on the rig. Having no finger holes enabled me to place the fabric exactly on the angle I needed, which helped a lot. I chose the medium size to provide a longer grip section. The downside, as someone with very slim wrists, is the buckle fastening dug in to my wrists as the grips rode up a little. I am confident this can be sorted by wearing wrist bands / sweat bands underneath. A team mate tried them and was impressed enough to buy some too. Great value when compared to the higher-end brands that are more for top level / RX athletes.

These grips are fantastic at the gym. My hands never rip now. We recently took a pair to the lake to see how they worked while slalom skiing. Amazing, I could make minor adjustments and take the strain off of my forearms, arthritic hands and shoulders. Needless to say we are buying more.

These grips came with in days and I couldn’t be happier with the quality and design! Definitely would buy again!!

They defo help when doing bar work (pull ups, muscle ups ect…) but they aren’t sticky enough for things like toes to bar you need to branch out a bit more
