This was where things started to go downhill. The installation process was lackluster at best. There was no comprehensive demo or proper guidance on how to operate the machine effectively. I was hoping for a better walkthrough of the features, but instead, it was just a quick hookup and done. As a result, I had to rely on trial and error for a few functions. Upselling Accessories: Another major downside was the recommendation to buy additional accessories. When I ordered, I was told I needed to purchase a cover stand separately, which I didn’t mind at first. However, what really irked me was when they asked me to buy an adopter for ₹350, even though Amazon listed it for only ₹200. This felt like an attempt to overcharge for something that should’ve been clearer upfront. Pros: Build Quality: The machine feels sturdy and well-constructed.
