Is this pasta easier to digest than pasta produced in the U.S.?

Rather doubt it. It's not gluten free. Delicious pappardelle noodle which is wider and thicker than fettuccine. This is my preferred brand of pasta. The flavor and texture is always good but I suspect if you have a problem digesting wheat this noodle will be a problem for you. Have you tried Pad Thai Rice noodles?

DRY DIMENSIONS; 1/2 inch wide-31/2 to 4 inches long and its a great great pasta. You may thing it was fresh pasta after it has been cooked.
