I hate ironing and had been thinking about buying a steamer for a while. One day, I came across this model as the #1 handheld steamer recommendation in The New York Times Wirecutter section, and later that same day I noticed it featured as a Prime Day deal. I bought it immediately and have no regrets. I absolutely love it—it replaces about 90% of my traditional ironing needs and has significantly reduced my dry-cleaning expenses. It heats up quickly and is ready to use in minutes. It works beautifully on drapery panels, and the steam is powerful enough to remove wrinkles and creases from heavy wool winter coats. The steamer is well made, performs exceptionally well, and offers excellent value for the price. Highly recommend.

I bought this steamer to replace and older con air model. I was impressed with this steamer it can be adjusted in terms of steam you want to emmit it is much more potent and leaves all my clothes looking great. I wear dress slacks and shirts and I use this to iron them and it makes them look great. I would definitely recommend this steamer to anyone.

So much better than ironing! Sheesh! I knew I should've bought one of these a long time ago. It takes about 30 seconds to do a top and then all you do is hang it on the shower-curtain rod to dry thoroughly. There is a serious design flaw! The flaw is that the instructions say to never aim the thing at your face but there is no other way to see what the power level is. Otherwise, I would've given it five stars.
