It covers grays pretty well but it will easily transfer to your face or to your hands if you touch your hair. I often wear my sunglasses on top of my head and if I move them to my eyes dark brown will transfer to my nose/under eyes. The applicator is compact and convenient.

I will order again. I just have fading color near my part and a piece at the back that starts to part weird that looks like missing hair but is just really white scalp. This is perfect because I just dab a little with the puff in those areas and it hides that plus makes my hair look fuller. I bought dark brown. I am not sure about how it would work for a receding line or for major loss coverage, however; was perfect for what I needed. Highly recommend this item. 😊
