Lions Maine is very good for memory. Most certainly may want to take the time and research it.

How can it be 100% pom juice when it's from concentrate?

POM juice is too sweet. I've had 100% Pomegranate Juice, NOT from concentrate and it is not as sweet as POM. I have also made Pomegranate juice at home from fruit; it's usually sour. I don't believe POM's claim that they don't add sugar. Also, a company that tries to deceive its customers by writing "From concentrate" in the smallest possible font, in red ink, against a maroon red background sounds shady.

Is the cherry juice in this product sweet black cherry or red tart cherry?

It's red tart cherry & it's combined with tart pomegranate juice. It's very tangy & might "bite" your tongue. I can only drink about 1/4 to 1/2 cup at a time a few times a week. I get it because both those ingredients are packed with antioxidants. I didn't care for the pomegranate juice by itself, adding the cherry makes it taste much better.
