Update 7-23-2025 Wish you could give zero stars. Absolutely find a different brand engraver!! As I said in my original review, I was frustrated with the fact that the phone app doesnt support it anymore (which was the main reason I bought it) I tried to get support from TwoTrees. I was told "Sorry, you purchased it from Amazon, not us, get help from Amazon." I purchased it from the TwoTrees store, which apparently has nothing to do with TwoTrees. I will be returning this unit (TG its still in the return period) and will never purchase another TwoTrees brand. What a joke. Worked great for a few days. Then mkslaser (the app needed to use the laser) was updated last week, and no longer functions with the TS1. I havent tried using it via USB yet, and likely won't. The main reason I purchased this was for the ability to do engraving from my cell phone at markets. Was pretty embarrassing to be at the market and suddenly I cant use the laser. I had high hopes for this after the first couple uses, but now... complete disappointment.

I would give 0 if I could but at least I have the warranty and Amazon was helpful. I got my machine 2 hours ago. The app is in freaking Chinese so that sucks. Pics help some. It WILL NOT INGRAVE AT ALL!! not even the pics that the app provides. This is junk and a scam, DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!! The light won’t even come on, ughhhh….

It works. I had two come that didn’t work appropriately. The definition is mildly poor but if you just want a cheap laser to mess around with it it kinda works. I’d probably spend a bit more money to get a higher quality laser

My first lazer horrible time with their software. Used light burn it worked great. Very slow but what do I know about lazers nothing. Product did do a good job but very weak. I needed the small footprint or I would have bought a different one. That all said it did the job.

I have not gotten this machine to work. I've downloaded the software and keep getting an error message whenever it should start engraving. I would not recommend it.

Box was half torn off already and taped up. Came with nothing but the power cord and a tiny screw driver. The lens wasn't taped off and the yellow cover already had tape removed. I got a used one when I thought I was buying new. As far as how it works I dont know, will see i guess. Very dissapointed already.

The laser came with a small test piece and some focus aids. The kit includes everything you need to get started. Installation/setup: Assemble as per included instructions. There is an app to download that works pretty well, that’s where I got the butterfly in my pictures. Be sure to remove the protective film over the lens. I think I need to double check my focus, the butterfly seems a bit blurry. The yellow part around the enclosure doesn’t fit very well but it’s good enough. Be careful not to look into the light at any time and wear the included glasses to protect your eyes. Final thoughts: The App is a bit odd, I found the laser was easiest to control using my desktop and Lightburn software, which I already had and am familiar with. There are several videos on youtube on the software which were very helpful when I got my first laser. All in all, I like this very much and it’s very fun and functional. ⭐️1 star - I don't recommend it at all, poor quality. ⭐️⭐️ 2 stars - I don't recommend it, it has multiple faults, or a very high price. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 stars - It's passable, It has some faults but the quality is ok for what it is. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 stars - Product quite acceptable, it does what it promises. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars - Product that I totally recommend.
