Very sturdy, very useful
This is more like a total home gym - works your abs, chest, lats, legs and more - all at your own pace, in the comfort of your home. Takes some dedication to assemble but you'll be happy and rewarded at the end as it is very study and keeps you home.

Great for at home gym
Great addition to our at home gym. Took a few hours to put together, but definitely worth it!

Donโt bother with this thing.
This is the absolute worst assembly of any product I have ever seen. Holy cow this thing is absolutely horrible to assemble.

Itโs a nice comprehensive home exercise set except for a flaw in an important part.
The instruction to put this set together was incomplete. It was missing a lot of steps. I had to look at the picture and figure it out myself. It took me many days after work to put it together. Then there is a flaw in the body lifting part. The small back screws are missing, and there are no screw holes in the pole. If someone hangs on the handles, the handles will pull apart. It does not hold a regular body weight without these little screws. See picture for the missing screws and holes.

Great home gym!
Patience putting it together. Easy to follow instructions. Took the wife & I 6 hours. This thing is a beast but worth the effort! Very well made!

Safety, reliability and durability
It was initially challenging to follow some of the instructions that did not seem very clear but overall pleased with the product after using it a few months. It seems durable and offers training in various regions which I like.

Don't buy
I bought this back in November still have not put it together yet. I feel like this piece is missing and I am unable to do it by myself. To pay someone $400 when this cost $800 to put it together is insane
