i have a small wrist, about 6 inches. Can the.band size be adjusted to fit a smsll wrist?

I'm not sure if it can be adjusted, but the band fits tightly. I have a 7" wrist and the band is quite tight on me.

Honestly, I can't remember. I think so as it is a stretchable band, but I didn't keep it long enough to test the fit. It was delivered not working.
