Has anyone found an LED lightbulb that fits the 7" lamp? My bulb finally burned out after 2 years & incandecent bulbs are no longer being made.

Yes. Search Amazon for: Himalayan salt lamp replacement bulbs They are brighter than what comes with the standard product, are more expensive, have a different lighting color, are *not* dimmable. They are rated for 10,000 hours of use (over 400 days of constant use), whereas the ones that come from the factory are rated for 1,500 hours (about 62 days of constant use). I am buying my replacement incandescent bulbs on eBay. I hope this helps! Good luck!

Is the glow suppose to turn off on its own? I had it plugged in for about 5 mins, and there is no glow. I unplug it, let it sit, replug and it works.

Mine does the same thing! I just got mine yesterday and I noticed the dimmer switch wasn’t really changing the light much at all/if at all. And then last night and again today it turned off after about 2 minutes on its own. This is frustrating.

How heavy is the crystal?

I didn't weigh mine, but it's rather heavy. It's almost a solid block of salt.

No, mine does not flicker and it says nothing in the description about flickering (as far as I know). I would say that is a defective lamp. I don't know if it is a good or a bad thing, I guess it would depend on your preference :) I would call amazon and let them know about the issue. They normally have great customer service. I've had mine turned on almost since the day I've received it and have had no issues. I would say yours is definitely a defective lamp.
