not sure I'll keep it as I'm looking for something very specific but I will say these are excellent quality. Sound is superb, neckband is functional, headphones are secure with the TWS earloops or the neckband. Great design. Touch/gesture controls are solid...I wish this had an app to customize the gesture controls. I would prefer to be able to change the volume up/down to hold-touch gestures. When you hold touch, on the left side—it plays a strange message? "We fight" or "Game over"to volume up/down, you have tap once each time for a volume level. which is a bit cumbersome, especially given that other gestures are multiple taps, like 3 taps quickly for previous/next on either side. a hold touch would be much better for volume control.I am very likely returning this but again, only because I'm looking for a very specific design and function. I absolutely recommend trying this product. one of the better pairs of open ear headphones I've sampled. Solid product!Pros:+Secure Neckband, earloops+Great sound quality+Easy to clean, it seems?+Simple, functional touch-gesture controlsCons:-A little stiff to change between neckband/earloops. Have to be careful pushing them out. Definitely could break if too forceful. This is cumbersome when you need to detach the neckband daily to charge. Magnetic neckband/earloops attachments would solve this instead of this slip-in structure. 🧲-No application to customize/personalized settings, gesture touch controls. Gesture controls locked in as-is.

worth purchasing. The battery life is good, sound quality is good, its touch features is not wider, design is cool, don't buy for gaming because i experienced high latency with every device - laptop, android phone, range is good and hook helps it stay in place so good for sport persons and gym bros, this will not damage your years compared to traditional earbuds

My ordeal began when the charging pin on one side (I believe the right side) of the product failed just in the fourth month of purchase. Due to significant delays, I was only able to claim the warranty eight months after the product had broken down. During this extensive period, I had to try contacting their support team seven or eight times, and they made several attempts to deny the warranty. I somehow managed to get it approved, but it took approximately three weeks to a month to receive the replacement product after claiming the warranty. The unit I received was not the same one I had submitted, which is acceptable. However, there were two major issues. Firstly, the neck strap (or cord) that came with the replacement was of very poor quality—thin, cheap, and easily breakable—whereas the one I submitted was of good quality. Secondly, I had sent the product in a meticulously maintained, virtually brand-new box, but it was returned to me in a broken and damaged box. Despite the immense delay in claiming the warranty and all the other troubles, the good news is that the replacement product itself was of fine quality. Whenever i connect it to any device the volume goes automatically to 100%. I case you are wearing these earphones and some music is playing on the device you are connecting to then it's full volume blasting in your ear. Kinda unpleasant.Otherwise sound quality is ok and everything else also fine for the price.
