They work best if you haven't eaten much during the day. But yes... they work.

I bought these and took them to Mexico with me. First time I took them was at a hotel with a pool. It was two things for me, a body experience, and some visuals. My body was easily trembling when I was cold or had anxiety but the visuals were nice wavy. Nothing too crazy but slightly colorful. I took 2. Then I took the rest at the airport back home (two again). I was on the plane and THANK GOD the plane ride was so chill! I was just chillin with my earphones and my music, and felt like my imagination was really heightened listening to music. I also felt anxious asf tho noticing the person next to me fidgeting for their life but I just closed my eyes and tried to keep my energy to myself. But after I got off the plane and had to go through the border, MAN MY BODY TOOK A TOLL. I felt sooooo slumped... never in my life have I felt so slumped. And you know how much you have to walk at an airport... I also tried them again when I was home after a year or so and definitely don't recommend if you don't have a plan and just chillin at home or maybe it was just me lol. I think I just took one but that was my last time ever trying them. The silence felt like a knife. I ended up just watching visuals on youtube to calm myself down but man did I feel so like, out of pocket. Just expect your body to feel a toll after taking these!!

Took 4 the first time with drinking definitely had a good time bought another bag took almost all of it and saw some stuff melt a bit worth the try.
