The cinnamon sticks are excellent

Ceylon cinnamon is generally thinner rolls with more layers, with a weaker aroma and taste, but also a somewhat different flavor. More importantly it has dramatically lower levels of coumarin, so is safer to eat in larger quantities. I've tried a few brands of Ceylon cinnamon and so far, this has been the freshest with the strongest odor/flavor (though still less than Cassia, of course).

I heard that Ceylon cinnamon water is good for you so I purchased these. I drop it in boiling water, let it seep then zip. It’s yummy. I think it also helps with my digestion. I like it a lot. Will purchase again.
