Only problem with these chips is inconsistency. By that I mean the coating on the chips themselves. Sometimes it's too sparse, but the flavor is great!

Only positive thing I have to say about these chips is that they are good. Service however SUCKED, big time. I ordered a 6ct caddy of these honey Dijon chips on the 1st of June and received one on the 11th. ONE (1)! I paid $8.89 for ONE bag of chips, for a freakin 1.5oz bag of chips. I'm disgusted! I immediately contacted the "seller" about THEIR ERROR and requested a refund and a week later, no response. I was hoping that what happened to one recipient wouldn't happen to me but I guess it was bound to happen again and I was next in line. Guess I'll be going to Kettle's website to buy directly. I'll have to pay more for a bag less than what they were claiming to deliver but at least they WILL deliver what I purchased. So to those who are interested in these chips, check out the pattern in the reviews that way when you want to take that gamble you won't be the one crappin out. UPDATE 7/9/15- I took a chance on ordering these chips again since the first time I got ripped off. I really liked that one bag I received so after some time and reading the most recent reviews I thought maybe this time I'd get lucky. Thankfully I did. The whole six pack caddy. These are delicious and the sell by date is in October. I very well may order these again but I will pay attention to the reviews so I have an idea when to order them. If the seller or amazons customer service team would have done their jobs right the first time I might have left a four or five star rating this time but since neither one wanted to issue me a refund, not even an apology email, I'm giving this three stars. Not so much for the product, the chips are actually really good, but service needs fixing-badly.

The chips lost its flavor, it wasn't seasoned like how it would usually be. The company is lessening their ingredients for their benefit. I'm very disappointed in them😕

Perfectly seasoned! So delicious! Shared as CHRISTmas gifts, so I'm reordering for myself. Well packed. Only problem: it was "stuck" somewhere in shipping. Over 2 weeks from pick up to delivery. USPS is usually very fast. Taste, quality made up for the long wait. Very satisfied with these Honey Dijon chips! Thank you very much! Merry CHRISTmas and A Blessed 2023 to all!
