Good quality, fresh flavored. Brightly colored indicates to that this Sumac has been recently ground not it's been sitting on store shelves for months or more. I like to add it to homemade salad dressing and cold salads like my Mediterranean coleslaw. Good on scrambled eggs with feta cheese too. Arrived on time, vacuum sealed in a foul pouch that reseals. I put mine in a glass jar with a tight fitting lid with a gasket to preserve that wonderful fresh flavor.

Yummy lemony taste. I bought this as part of my routine improve my cholesterol numbers. I have found that I really enjoy it. I use 1/2 teaspoon a day on greens and it gives them a light lemony taste. So far it seems to have helped me improve those numbers. A delicious spice to add to your health routine.
