La planche vibrante fonctionne à merveille, j'ai rien de négatif à en dire. Par contre au niveau de la télécommande, ça ne fonctionnait pas, et le service à clientèle du vendeur s'est assuré de m'en faire parvenir une nouvelle. Je suis entièrement satisfaite de mon achat !

I love this thing. When I’m sore and on my feet all day this helps to alleviate pain and stress from my legs. It is slide resistant, easy set up super easy to use. And quality is great. So many programs to choose from and it helps to ease into workouts. If you limber enough you can sit on it also. I stand and do light squats and planks and I attempt to sit on it (not successfully) but it does the trick and helps to ease my sciatica. Best part is it helps with blood flow. Don’t stand for too long cause if you get motion sickness it will trigger it hehe but all in all my legs and lower back have been functional. Oh yeah and It comes with a remote. It’s small and very easy to misplace. I have no idea where mine is and I miss it because it helped with the settings while on it so I didn’t have to bend down
