On one side it is very hard to open and close while the other side moves freely. Tried to tighten screw on loose side and it made no difference. Tried to loosen screw on tight side and again no difference. Lastly the nose piece is metal and incredibly uncomfortable. I went to Walmart and had nose pieces replaced with better plastic ones and this made a Significant improvement.
