The blue light keeps blinking and would not shut off. You are suppose to press in once every refill. I contacted Waterdrop company and they asked for the order numbers of filter and the pitcher and in return they would send a replacement lid. This company is so awesome and the product is so great they sent me a brand new pitcher with a new water filter included. I now have four new filters because I ordered filter replacements from Amazon and now the new one in the pitcher the company sent me.There really is a difference in the taste and quality of the water because I receive city water from Portsmouth NH and it has so much chlorine in it that the odor in the morning when I turn on the tap water in the kitchen sink stinks so bad that I usually waste and run it a long time trying to flush it out of my pipes.I have to say that these filters work quickly with water flowing out of them fast, especially when you first start using them. They do not slow down until at the very least a month after you use them. The first filter did not have to be replaced until the third month of use and it was because of the solids it filtered from the city water. Not only do you taste and smell the difference you can see the difference every time you use it.I drink a half to a gallon of water a day and this is the greatest pitcher filter for the money and one of the best purchases I have made over the years from Amazon. I highly recommend this product. The pitcher itself is sturdy, the handle is comfortable to hold because it fits nicely in your hand with no sharp edges. When you have a full pitcher it can have a lot of weight but because of the design it is comfortable to hold and easy to pour. The pitcher fits in my refrigerator which is great and the design of the lid keeps the water from picking up the flavors of scents that may be lingering in the refrigerator. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Pitcher! *by on Reviewed in the United States July 13, 2026* These are great glass water filters. My husband liked it so much he asked for another one. The taste is great and the size fits in out fridge well. The filters aren't expensive and its all easy to assemble and clean. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A water filter that’s great *by on Reviewed in the United States June 4, 2026* The Water Drop water filter works very well with the filtration canister that I bought not long ago. I do tend to drink a lot of water and the Water Drop system was a really good purchase as I wanted to eliminate buying bottled water. The filters are easy to use, the instructions are very clear, and once you start using it, you could see how well it can really strain water. One filter easily lasts for about3 1/2 months. The filters are very durable, easy to use, and I haven’t noticed any clogging issues at all. I highly recommend this product as well as the whole water filtration unit which is a container with a spigot that you can keep in your refrigerator, and easily holds approximately 1/2 to 2 gallons of water.I highly recommend this product. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.th/products/734967532-genuine-waterdrop-pf-01a-water-filter-for-waterdrop-pitcher-dispenser](https://www.desertcart.co.th/products/734967532-genuine-waterdrop-pf-01a-water-filter-for-waterdrop-pitcher-dispenser) --- *Product available on Desertcart Thailand* *Store origin: TH* *Last updated: 2026-10-01*
