This is the biggest rack we could find on Amazon, and the price was surprisingly good. We spent about 30 minutes putting it together. It really wasn't too bad, although it's a tad heavy, so you may need two people. It's well built and quite strong. We had it on the back of an RV, which has a lot more bouncing than your average car. With about 300 lb in it, it held up great. In fact, it was so great that we had a little bit of an incident hitting a large pothole that damaged our trailer and even bent the hitch, but did not bend the rack. Impressive. The bag that it came with is reasonably durable and seems to be well made. We don't have any complaints overall. I would recommend this.

The portability on this was interesting because we use it on our RV and leave it mounted. Its size alone does make it a little bit awkward to line up with the receiver but it's not so awkward that it's a deterrent from buying this.

The Cargo carrier arrived today. It came packaged well. It's heavy and huge. Larger than I was anticipating but that's fine. It looks well built and I'm happy overall with it. My only complaint which is why I took 1 star off, is the connector plates. The holes do not align up perfectly. You literally have to hammer the carriage bolts in and then the carriage bolts are worthless. The shoulders on the carriage bolts are thinner than a dime. They will not hold so you can tighten the lock nuts . I had to go to Home Depot and buy 8 carriage bolts. Not happy about that part. Engineering should've made sure the holes lined up and the carriage bolts were had a decent shoulder. It came with ratchet straps and a cover.

Do not buy this cargo hauler. It didn’t make it on the first trip 3 hours down the road with 2 cases of water, a 48qt cooler and a 12pk of can beer. Half of the welds broke. The frame literally self destructed. We had to unload it for fear of it breaking off.

Like someone else said, it's a good product, as far as I can tell (haven't used it yet), but many of the pieces of hardware to assemble it were missing from the package. I keep getting stalled by Vevor concerning the shipment of replacement parts. On one hand they reassure me that help is on the way, but that it will take weeks to get here. Then they suggest going through Amazon and getting a refund. Not a well-oiled machine, their customer service department. I practically begged them to get the assembly pieces to me, rather than force me to return it, but they offered nothing but empty, boilerplate customer service platitudes ("we value your business," blah, blah, blah). I was sorely tempted to send it back before the return window slammed shut, but I like the looks of this thing, so I'll probably go buy the hardware locally. Five stars were for product, certainly not customer service.
