Is this the original Design? I've read so many reviews saying the scent is barely there and doesn't last ten minutes.

I am very upset with the Design I purchased. It lasts for a few minutes and it's gone. I have been using it since it came out. This is not the original scent.

From the quick research I did, "fine" is just an adjective used to describe the product, similar to "fine" food or "fine" wine.
