Miracle Care Cat A'bout Cat Grass Kit for Indoor Cats, 5.25 Ounce, Hairball Control, Anti-Inflammatory, Improves Digestion and Metabolism

I have been using this product for about 3 years, and my cat loves it. She used to mess with my normal houseplants but once I started growing this cat grass for her, she literally leaves them alone! I do think it helps lessen the hariball situation. Super easy, always grows long and lasts for just about a month! I have it set up as a subscription, so as one kit has reached it's end, I already have a new one germinating.

I’ve used a number of different brands of cat grass kits, and this one is head-and-heels over all of the others. First, this kit is complete and all that’s needed is water (preferably filtered, no chlorinated water). The soil is mostly vermiculite which retains the water. Second, it grows VERY fast. After watering, my kit showed sprouts in 3 days, and after only 5 days there was lush, tall grass. My cat loves it! I definitely recommend this kit

My cats are kind of picky so one liked the grass but the others did not even try it. The directions did not say to water it periodically either; and when I did try to water it a couple of times, the water just ran over the edge even though I didn't use hardly any water. Not sure how long it will last as seems to be turning yellow when less than one month as green grass. It was not very expensive to purchase and grew as directions said so at least I am not losing a lot of money with trying it.

Giving 3* because it definitely isn’t clear that they are only sending you the seeds, so please note before purchasing. So far I’ve been waiting for 2 days and not seeing much growth for now. Followed instructions to the dot. I guess we’ll see but I was very disappointed when I opened the package as I was looking for something quick…

So easy to use and my cat Mijo loves it! I followed the instructions and had no problems at all. Every morning he goes out on our balcony and eats a little grass. It's stopped him from chomping on plastic. The only thing I've done differently is that I've watered it once since getting it. Some little song birds have been stealing something from the soil, the vermiculite or something? Not the actual seeds or grass it seems, in the process of stealing they dragged the cat grass into the sun and it got a little dry. Adding the water ended up working out well. I'm now growing a second one for him.

Years ago, I used to buy bulk wheatgrass seeds & grow wheatgrass myself for juicing & had considered growing on my own again when we adopted our cat. But I got enticed by the convenience of this kit, along with the no-soil convenience as well. I followed their recommendations & directions & our first order worked fine & our cat liked it, so we began a subscription. It all went downhill from there. For the 2nd order, I followed the directions again, the growing spot & conditions were all exactly the same, & it developed a bad layer of mold. I hoped it was a one-time fluke, so for the 3rd order I did it all over again, & the same issue AGAIN. For my 4th order, I used 1/2 of the amount of water that they say, & it still happened. I cancelled our subscription. The issue is the company's. Having grown it before, I'm familiar with the small roothairs that develop that some can mistake for mold- that's NOT what this is, this IS a thick layer of mold. And when you aren't overwatering, this is happening when the company has the mold spores already in their seed supply & then also doesn't bother to properly treat the seeds. This is why some people are getting mold & others are not- it depends on the company's own supply orders & whether those are contaminated by spores or not. If they treated their seeds for the spores with a simple peroxide wash (which is nontoxic!), this would solve the problem. But they clearly do not. They also don't make refunds very easy, you literally have to return the tray with the grass & the only free return option offered is in a UPS store, none of the other more convenient Amazon return options, likely because they don't count on people wanting to go through all the trouble & they can keep their profits while baiting in new customers. Please do not let your cat eat grass that has developed mold- it's toxic to them. And do yourself a favor, believe all the other mold complaints & go with a different product.

I will definitely be ordering another one. The grass started growing within 2–3 days, which completely surprised me. It was quick, easy, and the results showed fast. Very happy with this product!

This is without a doubt the best cat grass I have ever gotten for my kitties! Super easy to grow…comes up within days and keeps getting better and better with each additional day. I did not expect that and was very pleasantly surprised. I will absolutely continue to buy this for my kitties! Oh, they now go for this grass instead of my plants which was one of the reasons I purchased this to begin with. Arlo and Pie Pie love it!

grew ok but my cat wasn't really interested

I opened the sealed plastic packet about 2 weeks after receiving the order and there were LIVE BUGS inside!! This is extremely concerning considering that the package had come from China. There was no writing in English it was all in Chinese. I had to immediately dispose of the package with bugs inside so as not to contaminate our environment.
