Knee pads are not included (despite one of the picture shows the knee pads).Sizing: I would order 2 size up for shirts. For pants just look at the waist size with the seller's chart, not Amazon's. I am about 6' 200lbs and XL fits me great. The pants have a velcro tightening strap instead of button or snaps. There are holes for knee/elbow pads but theres a layer underneath so no skin is exposed if you dont use pads. The stitching is very thin, the first time I pulled my shirt off I heard a few of them snap so please take your set off with extreme caution. I pull my arms through first then pull over my back. Great price compared to name-brand retail.
