Exactly as Advertised โ Mint Condition with Zero Hours
The TV arrived in mint condition and was exactly as advertised. I checked the usage information during setup, and it showed zero hours, confirming that the television was genuinely unused. The screen, frame, and packaging were all in excellent condition with no scratches, damage, or signs of prior use. I am very satisfied with the condition of the TV and the overall purchase experience. Highly recommended.

Best tv of last year
Excellent picture. The only problem is you can't use voice recognition unless agreeing to auto content recognition. The sound is adequate when not using external speakers. Buying last year's model makes hi-end affordable.

Worth the trouble it took to get it!!!
Though it seemingly took an act of Congress to get this delivered, not at all the sellers fault, since it arrived I have been overwhelmed with the picture. No buyers remorse here! Not only did the seller get this shipped to me immediately, they also worked with me on the price, due to circumstances surrounding the timing of the sale to me. I could not be more pleased and will buy from this seller again.

TV Crush
It's a solid TV with a lot of bells and whistles.

No alternative mounting stand.
This TV order is a rotten deal. Unless you have a wall to mount it on, donโt order it! The TV was delivered quite quickly. But, it only has a wall mounting bracket. Now, I sit hre with a nice TV and canโt watch it because I only have a shelf to sit it on for watching. I was forced to order a shelf stand seperately with a week and a half delivery. LG should be ashamed to cheat customers like this. The purchase price was plenty high to offer a shelf stand as an alternative to the wall mounting. Buyer beware!

Wrong height size listed in description
Quality of the TV is great however the dimensions listed here are wrong and threw off my video wall layout.

Best tv picture we've ever seen.
TV is great. Remote design is dumb. No digits to pick channels, no pause button. Cryptic symbols on some keys. Has keys for some internet services, but none for YouTube. Hope someone offers a better 3rd party remote.

Cannot connect Bluetooth with external wired speaker
Let me first admit I did not buy this unit through Amazon, which was a mistake. I want to report what i regard as a serious design flaw. If you use an external speaker linked through HDMI, you cannot connect Bluetooth headphones. You are allowed to connect only one device at a time. This was not true of the Sony I replaced with this set. On the Sony, you simply selected whether you wanted the Arc-connected speaker or the Bluetooth device. (Not both at the same time, of course.) There is no such option on the lG OLED except to reach behind the set and disconnect the HDMI connection. This is absurd. Be warned.
