Love these cups
We originally purchased a two pack of the ramen noodle microwave bowls. The water would always overflow into the microwave. Great idea; needed one step further. These bowls are great. We put the ramen into the cup; fill it with water; close the lid and open the vent. It keeps the water in the bowl and off the microwave plate. Best part is you can use the cup to eat the ramen, without dirtying a separate container. You can use these for other things, we primarily use it for ramen. You can also put them in the fridge if you don't finish. All in all, great product.

Great bowl
I really like the 4 cup noodle bowl from Sistema. The handle is sturdy, the cover locks onto the bowl and it has a vent so I can really heat things up. I don't even mind the color - it's light blue. They send you the color they choose. I have 3 things to warn you about: make sure the vent is open before you start the microwave; be careful when removing the cover after you microwave your food; it will stain and pit on the inside. I don't care about the staining and pitting, it's a great bowl. I would give it for a gift, if I don't like the color of the next bowl I order I will give it to someone. The bonus is that it's made in New Zealand and not China.

Nice Size For Your Ramen Noodles!
I use my bowls for just about everything; cereal, ramen noodles, heating up my canned soups in the microwave, or just about anything else I can think of that I want to consume that will fit in it. I believe these are just the right size, and you can get different sized ones if needed. If you are looking for something that you can slap liquid into and have it tumble around while getting from point A to point b, this is not what you're looking for. While there's a great seal when you in the microwave, these are not leak proof containers. But that is nothing I would be concerned about. I put my contents in the bowls, stick it in the microwave and then consume when heated. I have had no issues with these bowls, and I love the generous sized handles; so easy to carry even if the contents are boiling hot!

I like these, but they do get a bit scuffed up over time.
Quick tip: You can remove the pop-up steamer thing on the top, and remove the silicone (?) seal -- sometimes those get a little too grungy. I like these, and have repurchased a few times, but they seem to scuff up on the inside (not from utensils) a little too fast for my liking. Once in a while, I have to soak it in a vinegar solution to get rid of stains (doesn't always work). I have a red one that I save for anything with a tomato base, as it will stain. Overall, I am pleased with these and have -- and will -- reorder again. This particular size is just right for a can of soup (condensed or otherwise), or for steaming a cup or so of frozen veggies, or for heating up practically any canned goods. Keeps my microwave clean!

Overall very good quality but not happy they changed the latching tabs as they leak.
I have 2 of these that my husband and I used for a couple years to take hot food to work and reheat in a microwave. I finally decided it was time to replace them and was really happy to finally find the exact size that I had. The overall quality of the bowls and lids is the same and I have no issue with that, however, the way the lid latches to the bowl is completely different and does not make a solid seal. I'm not able to use them anymore for soup or anything that has a sauce as they leak it's all over my lunchbag by the time I get to my office no matter how careful I am not to tilt the bag. A disappointment because I really loved the originals. Hopefully the company will go back to the original latches.

Elderly mother-in-law uses this for overnight oats
I bought three of these for my elderly mother-in-law for overnight oats for breakfast. She was cooking oats on the stove and at 94 years old we were worried she would get burned (she is stubborn and would not listen to anyone when we told her to stop). She has never had overnight oats before, but we tried various recipes, including adding almond milk, fruit, cinnamon, yogurt, etc. and she loves this new way of eating her oatmeal. She still insists on heating her oatmeal but now she uses the microwave. The 1-cup Sistema noodle bowl is the perfect size for her. Not too heavy and the handle makes it easy for her to carry. I will be buying more to make meals easier for her so she feels independent. Overnight oats can be made in advance and can be refrigerated for several days.

Do you love ramen as much as I do?
Then I'd say you need this bowl to make cooking it even easier than it already is. I am obsessed with Buldak Samyang Ramyun. I usually make it on the stove, stirring an egg into it (the perfect ratio is one egg per one pack of noodles). The company recommends adding the noodles and sauce back into the hot pan and giving it a quick fry which makes the bottom of the pan a mess that's annoying to clean. None of the reviews here mention this exact type of noodle, which is a little thicker and chewier than Nissin or Maruchan. I wasn't sure they'd cook thoroughly, but it worked perfectly. I had to break up the cake of dry noodles into four pieces to get them submerged into the cup (they float) and I filled it almost to the top with tap water that was about room temp. Microwaved it for a full five minutes. Took the cup out, cracked the egg into it, stirring it vigorously until the egg was mixed and cooked. Then I added the sauce packet and toppings. It came out perfectly- ramen made in one dish. If you're not sure if this will work with your preferred brand of ramen, I recommend getting it and giving it a try, experimenting. I am so glad I got this because it made making my favorite easy lunch even easier.

Add veggies to your instant ramen!
I teach at an elementary school and try to meal prep, but by November already tire of that. I grab the Costco spicey ramen and chop zucchinni, shredded carrots and snap peas and take in a week supply. The noodles go in this bad boy, veggies on top, pour hot water over it with the seasoning and in the mic for 2 minutes. Be sure to flip the vent to open. Veggies are a lovely crisp cooked and it is a full meal Perfect for uses like this and no spilling it as I walk down to the staff lounge. Cleans up in a jiffy! Love it!

Jag blev glatt överraskad över hur bra kvalitet det var och att dom inte blev missfärgade fast det var chilisås i maten som värmdes. Rekommenderas varmt, bara +++++

I’ve been using it for my lunches since 2023. Only one. Washing every day, using every day. It does not break easily, it does not smell or leaves weird taste. I am sure the plastic is safe. I went to my old orders to reorder exactly same thing. I don’t need fake ones, only one I know I will use for another couple of years. Getting a second one, cause tired to wash my one every day haha 😂 but not going to lie, it worth the money. First one I bought for almost $20, now it is a little bit more expensive.. but that is ok.
