A: Hi, I generally go for somewhere between 390°F and 410°F to achieve a decent high. But it just depends how strong you want the effects to be. Here's a simple guideline:

Up till 356°F(180°C): Very light mostly mental medication and best for flavour (great if you still have a lot to do that day);
356°F(180°C) – 392°F(200°C): Great flavour with good medication level, bodily effects will be more apparent;
392°F(200°C) and up: Best if you don’t have anything else to do that day, very strong level of medication, heavy bodily effects.

**Q: What is the filter size? If i need buy i have to know how is mm**
A: …..filter just under 10mm and can be easily made from a pipe screen!!

**Q: how do you work this thing. I think it is broken. If I cant figure whats wrong I'll be sending it back.**
A: HI, Press the main button 5 times within 2 seconds, this will turn on the device. Then adjust temp up/down, once temp selected press and hold the main button for two seconds which will begin heating the device to desired temperature. To turn off, 5 clicks of the main button. If you have any problems let us know and we will resolve for you.
