Pillow
I have tried at least 10 different types of pillows none have supported my neck. Finally, this pillow is excellent. Being a side sleeper I would always wake up with severe neck pain due to improper support, finally this pillow offers that support. When I sleep on my back the cut out area also gives good support . Finally, no neck pain. This pillow is very comfortable and the price excellent. There was a slight smell when opened so I aired it outside for a few hours and smell was gone. I now sleep all night with comfort and no more neck cracking.

Great except for one thing...
Would give it 5 stars. Cured my neck pain literally overnight. Just one issue, though - it comes with only one pillowcase. Since I have somewhat oily hair, I need to change the pillowcase every few days, since I cannot just turn the pillow over to a clean side. I do NOT do a load of laundry every few days, so I am left with the choice of continuing to use a greasy pillowcase or contending with a makeshift case that does not fit the shape, and often wakes me when I try to turn over. Easy enough to offer this pillow with two cases. Hope Sufor gets the message!!! OTHERWISE, great product!

Too hard and uncomfortable
Not as comfortable as I was hoping. Feels hard and after sleeping on it first night I have a terrible stiff neck. Disappointed.

Neck Relief
I absolutely love it! I bought one for each of my children. My neck was in pain for years. Now the pain is all gone even after an eight hour day at the computer.

Not for me
This pillow is high for me. My neck does not feel supported. In addition, the pillow slides easily. This could be an easy fix by replacing the case.

Don't judge by its looks
Love this pillow. It's odd looking but really helps my neck pain. The cover is nice and cool to your skin and easy to wash. It seems to be holding up nicely

Big pillow
The pillow smelled like bad paint and my head didnโt rest in the center maybe because Iโm short .. washed it twice so far itโs not as strong of a smell but we will see if I can even use it Iโm 5โ1โ
