It does absolutely make your hair “feel” and “look” fuller. It does soften and loosen curls if you have curlier hair. It does still frizz, even though it is supposed to stop frizz.

I don’t know about the thickening part but everytime I use the shampoo my hair feels so dry during and after the wash

The bottle barely squeezes and like others mentioned it is a pop top so it is very awkward to get the product out. Not as moisturizing as I'd like but I do think it helps with volume. The product in the pink bottle is better.
