They work and I am happt

From the twin pack, one of the sensors didn't work, it looked itself and kept saying to start a new one. I restarted my phone. deleted and reinstalled the app. Same result every time. its a loss of nearly £60/-. second sensor from the pack also failed. very disappointed

I am using this often. It is sooooo very helpful. Can check thr diabetes anytime

I don’t think its bad luck that both these sensors didn’t work. Firstly the packaging was completely inadequate and both boxes were beaten up. Made the call that both units looked ok and undamaged so I used the first one after an hour came up with an error and would not work, then it fell off, never had that happen before. I tried the second one this one worked - for about 36 hours then it came up sensor end use new sensor. I have gone to Abbots but feel a bit uncomfortable about this as the vendor has been paid for products that are faulty and Abbots get to carry the cost.
