Oregon's Wild Harvest Rhodiola Supplement, 60 Count

I can feel a significant difference taking this brand so I know the quality is good. Rhodiola is my favorite supplement for stress and endurance both physical and mental. It takes away that feeling of overwhelm when I have a lot going on at work. It helps me keep my workouts consistent when I don’t sleep well. It feels like I have more energy but it’s really because it helps your endurance. I can come home after a long day and still handle making dinner. Little things don’t bother me so much. You need to take rhodiola for maybe a month to notice it working and see how powerful it is.

This herb helps with my thyroid issues and I have never had any complaints with this company’s excellent products. It’s wonderful to have confidence in the quality of the herb.

At 41, I lack energy. Adrenals don't work the same anymore which causes me to lack exercise endurance and just day to day endurance. However, when I take one Rhodiola each morning before exercise (along with 1000 mg of vitamin c - which also helps adrenals), I can exercise with no problem. And I also have mental and physical (non jittery) energy for the day. Like, I finally enjoy having conversations without feeling mentally taxed and don't need a nap which is huge! Highly recommend!

I started taking these and felt pretty awful for the first few days. Kind of like a detox or getting over being sick. I did not immediately connect it was from the supplement, and honestly will probably never be sure. I gave them a few more days, and suddenly the less than great feeling went away. It was replaced by what I can only describe as a lessening of my chronic procrastination and a better energy level. Not ready to run a marathon, but I had better concentration and urge to get something done. I have to say the change was almost more mental than physical. It was a subtle change, but it seems to have continued. So I will keep taking them for awhile, then probably take a break to see if the product indeed is causing the improvement. I have to add that I love Oregon's Wild Harvest products and use several others regularly.

if you have been tapped out with a lot of stress in your life - that take fight or freeze mode we weren't intended to be in very long. This is a great product to assist in restoring our adrenal balance. ...of course checking with a health care professional is wise... (I take one at breakfast and 1 at supper.)

I used to love this brand but now I feel it is not as effective. I have to take 2 to feel anything. I tried to stop it and restart it but it was still not very powerful like it once was. I don't know what it is but I feel this is a universal experience with supplements. They used to be better now they're not so great

I’ve been looking for a more natural way to handle my anxiety and depression and a bit of my ADD. This has helped. I feel better. It’s not a miracle drug and does take a little while to help but I don’t feel so blue and scattered. I used to take adderall too to help with my concentration and thankfully I’ve managed to find this. I began to worry about having so many meds in my body and really wanted something natural and this has definitely helped my concentration more than anything. I have a stressful, client based, hard day to day job and this has helped me get through it. I’ve combined it with vitamin d and ashwaghanda and for the first time in months, I feel hopeful. Wishing you all the. Way with this stuff. I’ve got my mom on it and just ordered my second bottle. I love that it’s organic and contains nothing else! Like nature intended!!!
