Our pediatric GI doctor recommended this formula. It’s been the only formula that has helped my baby with throwing up. After lots of testing and trial and error with other formulas this has helped his dairy allergy. It’s expensive, but it’s the only thing that has worked for us.

Purchased for a family member who required this hypoallergenic formula for young premie to help gain weight. Worked well. He is a sweet chunk now!

Great, this work great for my son with a heart condition, no more bloody stool. Would recommend using prune juice and probiotics alongside.

Mi nieta fue diagnosticada con alergia a la proteína de la leche de vaca y esta fórmula fue recomendada por su pediatra. Después de probar otras opciones sin éxito, Alfamino fue la única que realmente ayudó. Desde que la empezamos a usar, se redujeron los cólicos, el reflujo y las erupciones en la piel. Aunque el sabor no le gustó mucho al principio, en pocos días ya la aceptaba sin problema. La fórmula se disuelve bien, aunque a veces hay que agitarla bien para evitar residuos. También noté que las deposiciones cambiaron (verdes y menos frecuentes), pero el doctor me dijo que era normal por el contenido de hierro. Sí, es costosa, pero en nuestro caso ha valido completamente la pena. Si tu bebé tiene alergias alimentarias graves, esta fórmula puede marcar la diferencia. ¡Totalmente recomendada!

Received this hard to find formula the very next morning. Very pleased with this purchase.

Only one of my tin came slightly dent, but that should be expected so it’s okay. I am just so thankful that it arrived 2 weeks before scheduled. My baby can of Neocate was finished and the formula we tried while waiting on the Alfamino gave her diarrhoea 😭😭 Compare to others — it tastes better, that’s for sure, and my 6+ months now drink more frequently. She was a NICU baby (30W 5Days) who had NEC (didn’t get surgical—thank God) She weighed 8lb upon getting discharged… had her on Neocate for a while but weight gain was quite slow. When Neocate went out of stock Alfamino was given to us as an alternative… BOOM 🤯 amazing weight gain. Better than when she was on Neocate. So, I decided to stick with Alfamino. She truly grow on this formula. I notice some compare this formula with Puramino, which isn’t bad. I’d choose Puramino over Neocate, but never over Alfamino. Puramino, to my surprise, gives off a greasy-like feel. It’s very hard to mix as well. In the end, it’s what our child will take, but don’t give “low-ratings” purely because your child didn’t “like it”. Happy feeding to all ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Both cans delivered dented. One completely demolished and unusable. This is babies food we are talking about. This is very dangerous. And they are way too expensive to be receiving cans you can't use!!

Just fyi! Baby might not enjoy the taste. Seems bitter and metallic. We are having to add a little at a time!
