Amazing!
Polished 8 sqft of granite. It was my first time cutting and polishing, and these discs made the job easy. Used the 5 inch on my rotary grinder at about 1000 rpm. Slower than recommended. Disks still look like new, no signs of wear.

Great Find!
Where do I start! Package came quickly, arrived in great condition. I did struggle a bit with figuring out the sanding bit, but this is on me not really knowing much about it. I used an orbital sander (Hercules brand from Harbor Freight). For a concrete patch I would initially sand with 50 and then move to 400 as this is what got me good results. Very smooth. I have yet to paint, but this is a good alternative to renting a floor grinder.

Good cheap concrete countertop sanding pads
I'll have to update the review once the sanding is complete but so far it's going well and I'm very pleased with how these have performed. They attached to my 5" Dewalt orbital sander just fine and even that tiny thing has been making quick work of my countertops. I hand sanded the edges with a 400 grit diamond QEP block, choosing not to use the rough orbital sander for them. I spent roughly an hour and a half or so getting the 50 grit and 200 grit sanding done on a kitchen island about 25sq feet. I did find that if you don't have a shop vac you will get lots of splatter when wet sanding with these. I didn't try dry sanding at all. So hook up a shop vac and it's much more manageable.

Stay away- non-homogeneous grit
200 grit pad left swirls closer to 50 grit in size. Clearly non-homogeneous grit on these things. After an hour of wet sanding and covering counter in swirl marks, I needed to hand-sand everything again to fix all the damage caused by this product. Not only do I want my money back, but I really need the help of a professional now to fix the damage caused by this product.

50 grit wears fast
So u had a lot of aggregate in my countertop concrete and it only lasted about 6 sq feet give or take. I didn’t know how long they lasted so I have to wait for more to show up

Took some time, but less than I though
I just used this with just a cordless drill to clean up the edges on some quartz I had left over from a bathroom remodel. Pretty nice cabinet top from just scrap. Bought a diamond saw blade from home depot to cut. Ran water over the piece and used a respirator while cutting and sanding. You don't want to breath in all the quartz dust this would kick up without it. Worked through all the grits one at a time and got a good results. Took out some pretty good saw nick (may 1/16 inch plus deep) in pretty short order with the heavier grits.

Worked well, saved me money
I used this with an adjustable speed angle grinder to polish my marble bathroom countertop after years of neglect (it felt like sandpaper). I figured I would mess it up and have up hire someone to fix it. I used a squirt bottle to keep the marble wet and I took my time. After an hour of work it was glass smooth; it worked really well. This paid for itself in one use.

Thumbs down
Fell about after 30 minutes of use with the 50 grit. Yellow foam completely separated. Was using it within guides for rpm. Disappointed...
