We bought 2, both outside cartons were heavily damaged the inside cartons were better. There is 1 piece of very flimsy styrofoam on each end that did little to protect the product. No directions on how to assemble. If you look at the picture you can get an idea on how the pieces go. The top and bottom shelves have less screw holes than the middle shelves so keep that in mind when you put them together. The do look good once you put them together.

I had to clean every board, they had white sticky stuff all over them. Some boards were chipped on the edges. The instructions were a picture of how it should look after you put it together, so no instructions really.

The end result was satisfying.I almost returned the item because it came with now hardware/instructions. I figured it out and the seller made it right by giving a partial refund for the error. The shelf is a good quality and nice size. I’m happy with the end result.
