I was skeptical at first, but this little device really works! My breathing feels much clearer at night, and my partner says my snoring has almost disappeared. It’s comfortable to wear, and I like that it comes with three sizes so I could find the perfect fit. The case is a nice touch for keeping them clean when traveling. Highly recommend for anyone struggling with snoring!

It's a cash grab product. Terribly uncomfortable and logically ineffective. "Let's add MORE blockage to the interior of the nose to give you better breathing." I've tested many, many different kinds of nasal airway products and the only product with significant success is Intake Breathing mag therapy band, then purchasing $20 worth of mag therapy stickers to last you 6 months instead of their $29 a month subscription. You're welcome.

These did not work for me. I tried a couple different sizes, but they all made it harder to breathe at night.

My husband told me I was starting to snore so bad that it was waking/keeping him up at night so I looked at what I could do to help stop me from snoring so loud/much. I am a mover in my sleep and was not comfortable getting a pillow that was for snoring relief so I tried these. I was very surprised at how comfortable they were I didn’t even feel it and it was very easy to put in. I could breathe so much better, better than those breath right strips I’ve used before. I slept as well as normal (3 kids and one is 15 months) but my husband said he wasn’t woken/kept up by my snoring. I gave them 4 stars because despite me getting the small size it was still a little too big but it’s doable. So over all I think I’m going to love this item, I can sleep better now that I can breathe better, it stayed in all night. I’m curious to see how it will hold up so I’ll probably do an update in a month or so since these are supposed to last 3 months each.

They fall out pretty easily for me...I move around a lot though

Works very well, has improved my boyfriends sleep by miles. For the price we certainly can't complain, definitely get the right size though so they sit right.

I wanted to like this so bad. I know that this cannot be made with harder plastic because that would make it uncomfortable but this is too flexible and does not hold its shape at all. I was hoping to be able to use this as the nasal strips irritate my skin if using for multiple days in a row. Unfortunately this did not work for me. The design is good it is just that it is too flexible. I wish there was a way to return to get my money back.

The silicone is really soft and flexible so it doesn’t feel uncomfortable once it’s in, and it doesn’t pull or irritate my nose hairs either. I noticed right away that I could breathe easier and I didn’t wake up with that stuffy feeling. My partner says I snore way less now too which is a win for both of us. It comes with three of the same size and a little box to keep them clean which is great for travel. It did take a couple nights to get used to the feeling but now I barely notice it. Definitely worth a try if you struggle with nasal breathing at night.
