NO Customer Service!
I would love to give them a better rating, but they don’t have customer service. They sent me the same side to cover the weights. I sent two emails to customer service using their website in order to get the missing piece. I reached out twice to Amazon but they could not get connected with them. Amazon kindly offered me a discount. It’s been a month and the manufacturer has not responded. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Damage Straight Out of the Box!
Brand new out of the box and already have damaged parts. Also, the foot plate parts seem to be too large to assemble properly. I’ll need to borrow Mjolnir from Thor to make it fit.

Could be better
There are too many defects in the parts. On a positive note, I appreciate the step by step video instructions. However, it feels like the design isn't suitable for people over 5'10", as the spacing between the seat and leg presses is tight. I like the overall concept and the price is reasonable, but I wish the company had a better process for replacing defective items.
