Nonostante il processore serie 6 sia un processore di base, si comporta molto bene in tutti gli ambiti e non mi fa assolutamente rimpiangere il mio iPad. Nonostante il peso sia importante, la qualità dello schermo che ha anche un ottimo angolo di visione ti ripaga della scomodità. Abbastanza buono il trattamento oleofobico anti impronte e bene anche per quanto riguarda i riflessi sullo schermo che sono contenuti. L'ho provato in diversi ambiti dallo streaming al gaming e ogni volta questo schermo é un gioia per gli occhi (non solo per la sua grandezza, i 2K di risoluzione si vedono tutti!). L’audio esce da ben 8 altoparlanti ed è davvero ottimo, posso dire che si sente molto meglio Honor pad 9 del mio iPad. Ben bilanciati i bassi ci sono quanto serve, forse iPad ne esprime un po' di più ma avere l'audio stereo che ti circonda é tutta un'altra storia. Il volume arriva ad essere molto alto e il suono resta sempre corposo. Molto buona la durata della batteria, lo sto usando da quattro ore, ho aggiornato il sistema operativo e installato diverse applicazioni e ho ancora il 94% residuo. Evidentemente c'è stato un ottimo lavoro nella gestione energetica perchè le app restano tranquillamente congelate e ripartono velocemente (ho preso quello con 8 giga non a caso, ne uso molte e non sono abituato a chiudere venendo da iPad). Nonostante il risparmio energetico non sia aggressivo la batteria sembra durare davvero molto, mio figlio ci ha giocato quasi 5 ore a Clash Royale (e giochi simili...) e avevo ancora il 34% residuo. In conclusione, posso dire che a 249€ questo tablet va preso subito! Sempre che le sue dimensioni generose e il peso che si fa sentire non vi spaventino. E' anche piuttosto scivoloso in quanto in metallo quindi immagino che una cover o un supporto saranno le mie prossime spese, per fortuna su desertcart si trovano facilmente diversi accessori utili, anche se con la cover immagino diventerà un oggetto veramente enorme rispetto al mio iPad (che comunque ripeto, é più piccolo ma pesa anche molto meno). Non benissimo il sensore di luminosità che tende a tenere lo schermo un po’ troppo per i miei gusti, ma non è di certo questo motivo per non acquistare questo tablet. Si può alzare manualmente quando serve o lasciare a metà e dimenticarsi della regolazione automatica. Non male Magic OS di Honor, buone le animazioni e sempre responsivo, ma nulla di che… i temi di base sono copiati spudoratamente da iPadOS ma questo a me non dispiace, ci sono un po’ di applicazioni Honor sostanzialmente inutili e duplicate che non potete eliminare, ma potrete disattivare. Ho già installato diverse applicazioni e non ho avuto assolutamente nessun problema, siamo a novembre 2024 e il tablet è aggiornato ad Android 14 con PEC di sicurezza 1 settembre 2024.
