The unique curve of the blade, complimented by its smooth handle, gives it a flashy appearance with an overall feeling of functionality that most visually appealing knives don't have. While the curvature of the cutting end delivers a wickedly intimidating feeling, that same edge is rather interesting to sharpen. The factory edge is unimpressive, but easily fixable with a few quick whetstone sessions.
