I just ordered a hp pavilion 360 today will this pen work?

I'm not sure. There are only specific HP laptops that have pen interfaces. I had to return an HP elite 360 2-in-1 and the pen because it didn't work. You need to go to HP's website and check their compatibility chart. I ended up getting the new Spectre package with the pen.

Will the computer still detect my hand while I'm drawing with it?

The answer is yes and no because it depends if you want it to or not. If you don't want it to detect your hand, go to Pen & Windows Ink under Settings then turn on "Ignore touch input when I'm using pen." You would deactivate doing the same steps if you want it to do otherwise.

Work with Pavillion c360 15 er?
