アイシングクリームがジェル状タイプだとたくさん入れないと黒色がなかなかでないですが、こちらだと数的入れるとしっかり色が出るので使いやすいです。

黒の色素は、分離する事が多いのですがこちらはきれいに着色できます。 少量でよく色付きます。 チョコレートにも着色してみましたが少量のチョコなら分離しませんでした。

Picked this up after fighting with other food dyes that always turn icing a weird dark gray instead of true black. This one actually delivers. You don’t need nearly as much as the typical grocery store coloring either. A small amount goes a long way and the color comes out deep and solid. Used it for some decorating projects and the icing turned properly black instead of that sad grey color you usually end up with. If you’ve struggled with black icing before, this stuff works.

I bought this because my Jman locked me in the porter Jon, so I ended up just dumping a few guud squirts into his drink and put some on the rim of the soda too. Dude mouth was black and so were the area that made contact with the rim 😂. I did it 2 more times and he still didn't suspect a thing. 5/5

I’m just a home baker, but this black gel food coloring made me feel like a pro. It turned my buttercream a deep, true black without that dreaded dark gray I’ve gotten from other brands and it didn’t change the taste at all. I also used it to color rice paper fans for my husband’s birthday cake. I just added the gel to a deep dish of water, dipped the rice paper, and let them dry, super easy and the color came out bold and even. The buttercream and decorations turned out exceptional, and I couldn’t be happier. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommend for bakers of any level.

It gets blacker with time and I used too much. The kids loved their black tongues but I felt I might have poisoned them!
