3rd time I've tried to write the review and take pics. Not one function of this product is even satisfactory. Problems with magnetic, flimsy case, keyboard key issues with caps etc, keyboard small cheap and tacky. Its a mismatch of some non tech savvy idiot and I'm a 64yo woman and. Its only getting 1 star becausecI can't give less. I'm disabled and very hard to get these kinds of things. Then have to return them. 4th return in 3 weeks yet to reach the actual post office because I'm in too much pain to repack etc. Can't take pics today and whole review disappears. So yep its quadruple crappy x 3 Don't buy it just in case because that's what I did. Must be cheat review numbers.

This one had the features I required: Backlit keys, sturdy case that protects s-pen when closed, and multi-touch touchpad. It seems good for the price. However, I wish (as is so often the case with inexpensive electronics) a better manual. I am left with many questions, which I am now trying to resolve via trial and error. The desktop keys (move around desktop and switch between desktops) are intuitive. Many other things are not Example, how do you emulate the "navigate" functions (usually on-screen or near-on-screen touches to screen. Is there a key board means to emulate the three "navigation" buttons of android? The idea behind the touchpad keyboard was to be able to do things without touching the screen. The back or escape function is frequently used, but not intuitive on this keyboard. (e.g. the top left corner button would be intuitive as would a combo key like "FN" or command with the ). What are the "option" keys supposed to do? What are the "command" keys supposed to do? How about a warning about the delete key when you ae on a desktop. {Advice - lock the desktop since delete quickly removes apps and widgets from the desktop without confirmation. Link to instructions on product page: good idea - but you used iPad instead of the appropriate Android instructions. Hey- dealer or product manager - how about hosting a little web presence for users to help each other on these items?

Great keyboard case! Bought it for my son's first tablet, and it works perfectly for a kid. Easy to fold, durable material, and very practical. I was so pleased that I got another one for my daughter. Highly recommend!

I'm going to get straight to the point. The hundreds of 5 star reviews are for a different product and are misleading. The case has magnets that are used to latch it in place, however the magnets interfere with the screen itself and create massive dead zones where you are unable to write on the screen. However, if you don't care about using it for writing, the case might actually be worth it, as it feels pretty decent and hasn't had any tears so far. However it is somewhat a pain to get out of the case, and once again THE MAGNETS INTERFERE WITH THE SCREEN. I have no clue how they manufactured this without just testing the tablets with the case on. The keyboard it comes with is very cheap looking, but gets the job done, the trackpad lowkey gets in the way, but it has backlighting and feels pretty alright to type on. The battery life doesn't seem like anything to write home about. The keyboard can connect to multiple different devices via using the hotkeys (if you forget thes key's themself have a symbol that tell you what they do when you press them while holding down the function keys.) The product itself seems to be whitelisted and doesn't have any branding on the box and is shipped from china. TLDR: ABSOLUTELY do not buy if you plan to write using the pen as the magnets create deadzones. Otherwise it could be a good deal. Further Note : This is not a tablet problem; other buyers have said that it does the same thing, and there is no deadzones when you remove the tablet from the case, furthemore using a piece of metal I was able to locate where the magnets are placed and they line up with the deadzones that they create.

Edit: seller offered full refund for the broken keyboard. I appreciate them reaching out so I changed from 2 to 4 stars for customer service. Original: Within 4 months the Bluetooth keyboard stops connecting. I looked through the troubleshooting links but none address the fact that it won't show up for any Bluetooth enabled device. I've reset both devices multiple times, turned Bluetooth on and off, tried to connect it to other devices and ensured the keyboard was charged and turned on. It will not show as available for pairing suddenly. Case has otherwise been OK, but I really wanted the functionality of the external keyboard.
