Whey Protein Bars Peanut Butter Chocolate, 2.8 Oz, 6 Ct

These bars are huge, they sure pack the calories, protein, and carbs in them, but they are definitely worth it for a pre-or post workout. They also taste really good, almost to the point where you feel guilty eating them because you feel like you’re eating a candy bar.

Unlike some peanut butter protein bars, this flavor balance is nice and completely covers the "protein flavor". More like a granola bar than a porotein bar in flavor with ALL the protein.

Great for some quick calories. Not as nutritious or dense as my preferred METRX bars but they are cheaper and more available. The taste is okay, it's mostly what you except from a protein bar. Most important for me is satisfying my stomach and high protein, these are good for that.

When I received the product all the bars in the package had this same issue. They had clearly been exposed to excessive heat in the past, as the chocolate coating was partially melted and stuck to the wrapper in each on. The chocolate had re-solidified upon arrival, so it was not as bad as it could have been, but each time you unwrapped a bar, you got a shower of fine chocolate flakes scattering. They are small and hard to pick up, so several times I ended up with little chocolate stains on my clothes or papers etc. What's more, there are clear possible health concerns for any food product that has so obviously been subjected to extreme variable temperatures to melt and then re-solidify the product. And I ordered them in the summer, so the hardening would not have happened naturally in transit or in my home. Someone must have left them out too long, and then took steps to return them to a cold temperature. Just something to be careful of.

They are very tasty! For a such a big bar the taste never got old . I didn’t taste like lord of vitamins which I loved ! Definitely recommend ✅✅

Fell in love with these over a decade ago when I was doing basic training at Fort Benning. Ordered them for the first time in God knows how long and they're just as good as I remember. Plus, a lot of protein and calories so it's a win win.

They are delicious and really do put a pep in your without a medicine taste
