LOVE the night light feature (more than expected) and the whisper quiet operation is fantastic!

They are quiet and work great been using for 6 months with no issues

First. Great customer service! My fan didn't have the mounting hardware. Things happen. What impressed me was I reached out and they said I would have it within 2 days, I had it the next day. Can't say enough about that. I value customer service tremendously. As far as the fan itself, I have the 52". I can't speak to longevity yet. However it's a nice, mod-tier fan. We put it in my daughter's room. Pros: - it's 6 speed and the airflow is amazing. I've never felt a residential ceiling fan move air like this. - it has the forward and reverse setting on the remote as well. This goes hand in hand with the airflow, but when we tested reverse on 6, I was standing just inside the room (about 13x14) and I could feel a strong wind at my back where the fan was pulling air into the room. Crazy! - it's also the quietest fan I've ever had. You only hear the woosh of the blades. No motor at all. - the remote is very responsive - the light is very bright, probably too bright for normal use, but it's dimmable so that takes care of that - the warmth is also changeable. I usually like a very bright, sun type light, but I actually prefer a little warmer on this fan. And the remote gives you those options. - what was really cool is the night light feature. Perfect as my daughter is younger so she really likes it - the remote has a 2, 4, or 8 hour timer. I don't see us getting much use out of it because we leave the fan on all night., but a nice feature to have Cons: I took off a star for three reasons - the print on the blades looks like it's almost scratched. If it was intended, it doesn't look good. - more importantly, you can really only control it by the remote. The previous fan had the fan controlled by one switch and the light by another. Now both switches just give power and you must use the remote to turn it on and make changes. If you ever lose the remote you're out of luck. No way to bypass that I can tell. - if you turn the power off by the switch it resets the light brightness and fan speed. It's annoying. It was also easy to install, pretty standard if you've ever done it before. Hope that helps.

I REALLY liked this fan & it’s features. Once it arrived that is. I ordered one 30% off & I kept getting “delayed in shipment” Several days waiting & waiting so, I decided to order another & got it right away! No 30% off though! So disappointed! Every blade was scratched & the coloring on the blades was not even close to the description. I ordered the black & gray. Received what appears to be a deep chocolate & tanish. Once the second one came, same thing! Every blade was scratched & same coloring! Even though I liked the fan, I’m not the type to “settle” for a product that is NOT what I’m paying for! Back it goes! along with the other one!

Not sure how else to get through to the company other than writing this review. Received fan, installed, and turned on the light for the first time and saw strange “damage”. It was not at all noticeable when the light was off during installation. This seems like a quality control issue. Unhappy with the end result and wish I could get this piece replaced.

This fan is everything we hoped for. We needed to replace two fans in a very large living room. Those fans had outlived their life expectancy (and they didn't quite match). So, we ordered two of these. Not only are they a major improvement over the previous fans, but they look and work much better than we hoped. I was concerned by some reviews that mentioned scratches on the blades. I wasn't sure if this was by design for a rustic look of if they were shipping issues. However, our fan blades looked entirely perfect (with no scratches). They still maintained a rustic yet modern farmhouse look though. They look great! They were very easy to install as well. Using the instructions (and the existing light fixtures where the old fans were installed), these were able to be installed in about 30 minutes. They work well using the remote as well as the switch for which they are wired. The fans themselves not only look great (and improve the look of the room), but they are also extremely quiet. They produce quite a large amount of air flow. Moreover, they produce an incredible amount of light when set at the highest levels. Thankfully, you can easily adjust the light using the remotes. Overall, I am very pleased with these fans. They are amazing finds! Whereas I have had hit-and-miss experiences with some big box warehouse store fans, these exceed the quality and value. I'm very pleased!
