Came with low profile bracket installed, I needed the normal bracket which it included, but only one of the holes lines up, which is no big deal for home lab setup it still mounts securely once in the board. I installed into an Asus Workstation C246M Pro board but it would not link to my FortiSwitch with two known good SFP's and known good MMF patch. Ran the Dell FW updater (requires Server 2019 or higher) and it took my non-linking v17 firmware card to v22 firmware in about 4 minutes, and now it links right up and flies! I've seen in excess of 8.2Gbps sustained throughput in Hyper-V / Veaam backup jobs. Good to go no complaints!
