バランス訓練に最適です。 空気を入れる物と比べると、自然な不安定感になるので、初めて取り組む方にはオススメです。

お家運動用です スクワットなどしています もう一つあると足を広げたスクワットもできそうです 硬さは柔らかすぎることもなく硬すぎることもない硬さです

かたさは、思ってたよりもかたく、重さは思った程重くなくちょうど良かったです。

値が少々張るのですが、使ってみるとしっかりとした造り、多用途に使えるので納得できます。 多用途とはバランスパッドはもとより、床での膝や肘のパッド、枕、低めのヨガブロックなど色々に使えます。 硬さというか柔らかさが絶妙です。 オススメです。

接骨院で似たようなのを使うので、自宅でもトレーニングのために購入。多分接骨院のはケタ一つ違うものだと思うのですが、乗ってみた感覚はさほど変わらず、足首のリハビリに使っています。

Excellent product. Great for protecting my elbows

I bought this to add a degree of difficult to the balance exercises I am doing. I got the XL size since I have big feet. It is large enough for me to use for a toe to heel stance on the diagonal. It is thick and springy and the textured surface prevents it from sliding on my hardwood floor. I am happy with the quality and use it every day. Good addition to my routine.

Arrived with one dent and a stain of something else. Clearly 2nd hand. But I was charged full price. Completely unacceptable. Partner threw away original package or we would have returned it immediately.
