I am very happy with this saffron. It's fragrant and very fresh. Very powerful, a small amount goes a long way. Gives a wonderful earthy flavor to rice, soups and casseroles. The tin keeps it fresh for a long time. There is no gummy gunk in it like I have had with other brands, sometimes the tins don't seal tight enough but this brand is great, it's dry and the perfect texture. Excellent price for saffron of this high quality.
