This is an awesome spice pack. I purchased it in January 2025 and the best by date is 9/30/2026. These are not ground spices so if that is what you need this is not it. I used one 4 ounce pack for corned beef. When it way done I brushed off all the spice pieces that hadn't broke down. It had a great flavor (but I also add my own spices too)

Its a great Cornned Venison/ Pastrami season. But I have ordered two packages and one had Red Peppers and the other didnt. So I do question the blend within each bag.

I bought this spice packet for corned beef. It worked perfectly. It would have cost three times as much to purchase all the spices separately making it a great value. I used a slow cooker. While the it was cooking the aroma was amazing. The spices are designed for pickling however they turned out to work great for corned beef. I only needed half the packet so there is enough left over for a second batch.
