Expensive but good!

It's not for me. I find it weak, and didn't go well in my coffee. I thought a bigger bottle would last longer. For taste, the elmhurst oat creamer 473ml is 1000% better. I've switched back to that.

Elmhurst’s Oat Milk Barista Edition is my go-to for frothing at home. While it’s a bit pricier than some other options, I find the value for money to be excellent—especially considering the short, clean ingredient list. Compared to other barista oat milks, this one skips the fillers and unnecessary additives while still delivering on texture and taste. I use it with my home espresso machine, and it froths up surprisingly well—even for someone who isn’t a pro at milk steaming. No, it doesn’t get quite as frothy or creamy as real dairy milk (no alt milk does), but for a plant-based option with limited ingredients, it comes very close. The flavor is smooth and neutral, the creaminess is spot on, and it checks all the boxes for what I’m looking for in a milk alternative I can reliably froth for my espresso drinks. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a high-quality, simple-ingredient oat milk that performs well in lattes and cappuccinos.

From the second I opened the first container it smelled sour, all chunky inside. Now I can’t return as I missed the window and am stuck with a whole case of rotten milk
