I'm super happy with this purchase. For the price, this vibration plate is definitely worth it. It comes with everything shown, is so easy to use, and gets the job done. I work on my feet all day and this has helped with inflammation and general muscle/joint fatigue. Once you have the plate switched on and hit the power button on the remote it will begin at level 1. There are 10 vibration levels that automatically stop after 10 minutes. The suction cups on the bottom stabilize the plate so well that I have to pry it off of the floor when I'm finished. The top material is a total pet hair magnet, but a lint roller will take care of that:) All in all, this purchase was worth it. 10/10 would buy this product again.

The remote for this machine was small, cheaply made, and confusing. There was no manual or directions to help. The batteries did not work so put in my own new ones. That being said, the machine seemed to work well but had some sort of delay on it. I lost patience. It was a very nice looking machine. I returned it.

Absolutely love this thing! I've had two hip replacements so I have mobility issues but 10 minutes on this and I'm able to jump on my treadmill and tear that thing up for a few miles. Excellently made, it's very sturdy but not heavy so I'm able to move it wherever I want it. I don't know how fun everyone will find it, unless you sit on it maybe, but I use it everyday and unlike some equipment, I don't dread it. Easy to use, actually works, and so far has done everything it advertised.
