As someone who has tried and tested every kind of dehydrated water there is on the market, I do have to say that this one is the highest quality, most pure, bang for your buck dehydrated water there is on the market. Feel free to scope out some cheaper dehydrates water brands, but you will be sacrificing quality if you do so. 10/10 would recommend and buy this brand again

Some reviews on other websites claim that the can is actually only 20.95% dehydrated water and that the other 79% was actually nitrogen. Is this true?

No that is not true in my case. Mine was actually 41%dehydrated water and 59% nitrogen. Apparently they are not consistent.

Fun, silly, cheap gage gift. Was super fun because the recipient of this pollyanna gift was confused and thought it was electrolyte drink ans you added water to a powder. While this container is a bit outrageously expensive now, it brought up a lot of laughs at my sister's baby shower when I used this to gift her a bunch of money. Since it's tin, it's reusable and can be used to store trinkets in for the long term after the initial gift is given
