I purchased these after having my Retina Reattachment surgery and they were a godsend! I wear high-index prescription glasses and by using the eye patch over the one lens, I was able to wear my glasses! They fit my prescription glasses perfectly! When I would go back to the surgeon for re-checks, people in the waiting room constantly asked me where I got them as they were wanting to be able to wear their glasses again!
