I received this product about 5 days ago. I been struggling with neck and back pain. I done everything for the pain except surgery. I purchased this one due to high ratings. I have used it for 4 days mutiple times a day and I feel it working. My back pain is better. I love that it is a mat but can be used as a belt. I thought I could use it without having to keep it plugged, you can't. This is the only negative thing. Do I recommend this product, yes. Pain relief helps, comfort yes, and quality yes.

I love my red light therapy mat. It is wonderful to lie down on my mat every other evening with meditative music on. It’s so relaxing and healing my body in many ways.

I have several RLT items and this is one of my favorites because of the size. It will cover my lower back to top of my neck easily. It’s lightweight and rolls up easily to be set out of the way when not being used. If I had an extra room to keep it set up I’d get a larger one but this is ideal. I like that it has adjustable power and time up to 90 minutes—most stop at 20-30 minutes. I’ve had it 4 months and used it daily the first 3months, now I use it 3-4 times a week and it seems just as good as when I first bought it. The control is handy enough so it can be adjusted without getting up. So far I do think it has helped with my pain and allows more restful sleep.

Bought this Red Light Mat in Sept 2025 and used it almost daily. Really enjoyed having it and thought it helped with pain in my legs. However after 3 months, I can no longer get it to turn on. I have tried unplugging all the connectors and re-connecting them. I tried wiggling the cord. The power display shows it is on and diplays the timer and the level, but none of the lights in the mat turn on. I don't see a way to get any support from the company or Amazon so am quite disappointed that I spent $100 and it only lasted 3 months. Would NOT recommend.

I like this mat. I just find the instructions to be complicated and not easy to follow. Seems like it should be simple to operate. The controller has several settings that you have to click to get it to where you want it. There isn't a way to save a setting for the next use. You get what you pay for. The mat quality is good. It is not leather!! It is made of neoprene. It has improved my sleep quality and energy. It may be coincidental but I lost a few pounds since I started using it. 4 stars because there isn't a way to save settings.

Mat is good except the remote barely holds a charge for a short amount of time if its not charged the mat wont wotk

Love love love this product. Im currently on myself as well as using it on my 13 year old dog who is starting to have mobility issues. He loves the heat and it appears to be helping his inflammation. The setting go from level 1 to 5. It gets pretty hot after level 3 for too long. Love that I can put it on a level 2 and set it for 60 minutes while my pup sleeps.

Love it. Started using it right away. Easy to use. Feel relaxed and pain free after each use. Sleep has improved and this is now part of my nightly routine before bed.
